TMSS is a national level private development agency. Applications are being invited from suitable candidates subject to fulfillment of conditions for the purpose of recruitment of manpower in the following positions in the loan program of HEM-Operation-03 domain of HEM Grand Sector of this organization.

Responsibilities :

• Must have clear idea about Marine Fisheries project and experience in project implementation.
• Budgeting, Low Planning, Progress Reports, Financial Reports, Monthly Reports, Quarterly Reports, Case Studies, Success
• Must have ability to create stories etc.
• Be proficient in project monitoring and evaluation.
• Must have networking and coordination skills with project beneficiaries, upazila and district administration.
• Must be proficient in computer skills, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 Overall project management, communication and reporting.
Formulation of monthly action-plans and implementation within stipulated time frame. • Formation of cotton farmers’ groups in the districts and upazilas determined by the project as per the project rules.
Providing training, team meetings, monitoring and supervision to cotton farmers. Encouraging farmers to grow cotton and implementing awareness programs.
• To implement the work directed by the organization.
