Conditions and information for candidates regarding application submission:

The application form can be collected directly from the Registrar’s Office during office hours or by sending a self-addressed envelope with an unused postage stamp of Tk 10 (ten). Application form can also be downloaded from the university website (www.sust.edu).
- Original copy of MICR Bank Draft of Rs.700/- (Seven Hundred) or pay order of equivalent amount for the post of Associate Professor on any Scheduled Bank Branch in favor of Registrar, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet (Postal Order is not acceptable).
- 11 (eleven) sets of hard copies of applications (including at least 2 sets in English) along with all necessary documents along with each set should reach the Registrar’s Office by November 9, 2023.
- All the columns of the application form must be filled and the statement is not applicable if any column is not applicable to write Otherwise the application will be considered incomplete.
- Employed candidates must apply through the appropriate authority and submit the original copy of permission letter from the authority along with the application. nThe envelope must clearly mention the name of the concerned department and post.
- University authorities will not be responsible for any delay due to postal communication. 08. No application or any new documents or information will be accepted after the last date of submission of application form Cannot be added.
- All documents and photographs submitted along with the application must be attested by a gazetted officer of 1st class or a teacher of a public university or an officer of 7th grade of a public university.
