Conditions: 1) All the candidates should fill in the Government Specific Application Form (if the application is not in the Government Specific Application Form, the application will be considered defective) and reach the office of the undersigned by Government Post on 10/10/20 AD during office hours. The application form can be collecte from www.mopa.gov.bd website.
2) Completed application form along with (a) Freshly issued passport attested by 1st class gazetted officer
03 (three) copies of size color photograph and (b) full address of the candidate with full name and 12/- for sending admit card
3) Attested photocopies of all eligibility certificates including photograph and return sum along with the filled application form,

4) Citizen certificate, photocopy of national identity card, character certificate issued by local union chairman or municipal moratorium should be submitted. The educational qualification sought for the post mentioned in the notification, if a candidate has obtained educational qualification in addition to the required educational qualification before submitting the application form, it must be mentioned in the submitted application form, otherwise the additional certificate will not be accepted after receiving the appointment. The original paper must be brought during the oral examination.
6) Employed departmental candidates should apply through proper authority as per rules.
