1. First visit this website https://eticket.railway.gov.bd To log into the system you need to sign up.

2. Next you need to provide your name, email, password, mobile number details along with address and click on register button.

    3. After that, an address verification mail will arrive in your email and you need to verify it.

4. Then you have to give mobile number that you use . A verification code will be sent to verify whether your mobile number is correct or not and you will need to verify your mobile number to complete the process.

Train E-ticket Purcing procedure :

1. Select your Destination “From Station”
2. And “To Station”.
3. Submit Your Date Of Journey.
4. Choose A Class That You Want.
5. Click Serching Button.
6. Select your Train Journey Time.
7. Select seat coach And Click procesd.
8. Select Your Payment Methode And Complete Your payment.
9. Now Download Your Train Tickets and Print it.

• You can pay for tickets using mobile financial services: Bkash, Cash, Rocket or Debit/Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa, DBBL Nexus. Other payment options will be available soon.
• If the payment or transaction fails for any reason, the deducted amount will be refunded by your bank or MFS provider within 8 working days.
• If your card/mobile wallet has been deducted but you have not received the ticket confirmation, your bank or MFS provider will refund the amount deducted within 8 working days.
• If you have not received your ticket copy by email, please check your spam/junk folder. You can download copies of your tickets from your account’s purchase history after logging in.
• Download the official Rail Sheba app released by Bangladesh Railway from Google Play.
• Authorities will not take any responsibility if passengers download fake app or any other app from Google Play claiming to sell Bangladesh Railway train tickets.
