1. Owning Nesab amount of goods. That is to own seven and a half tolas of gold. or Fifty two and a half tolas of silver, or cash or Merchandise of equivalent value.
2. To be muslim.
3. Coming Of Age.
4. Being Wise and Conscientious.
5. To Be Independent or Free.
6. Having Full ownership over the goods.
7. Nesab Amount of Goods In excess of daily necessities.
8. Expiration Of one year on Nesab ammount of Goods.
9. Goods are growing.

In Those Resources Ramadan Donation Is not To be Paid

Essential assets on Which Zakat is not payable. Essential assets or materials-resources, use and attached or rented houses, houses, fixed assets, Fixed assets Buldings, Construction materials, Means of communication etc are not subject to zakat. Only, the rent income to be added to the eligibility for others to learn at 2.5% rate.
